REGISTRATION FEES: The conference registration fee is $125.00 per person. Registration fees may be paid with a Visa or MasterCard credit card or by check. Please make all checks out to The University of Mississippi. Please mail all checks to the address above.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Please submit online and mail registration not later than Monday, January 11, 2010.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Conference participants are responsible for making their own individual room reservations. Please make reservations by online by going to the Imperial Palace website and using the Group Code S106009 or by calling the Imperial Palace Casino-Resort-Spa Reservations Department at 1-888-946-2847 #1. Registrants must provide the Crime Stoppers Conference Group Code S106009 for the special room rate.

All guests are required to post a mandatory $100.00 deposit at check-in. Credit card or Cash is the only valid form of payment accepted at check-in. Note: The hotel does not take personal or company check as method of payment at check-in. Credit card or Cash is the only form of payment accepted at check-in. Hotel policy for cancellation of an individual guaranteed reservation is at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival. Rooms released less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival time will be subject to a cancellation penalty equivalent to the first night’s room and tax.

HOTEL ROOM RATE: The special room rate is $69.99 Single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes per night.

HOTEL RESERVATION CUT-OFF: All reservations must be received at the hotel by Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be honored on a space-and-rate availability basis.

CANCELLATIONS: In order to receive a full refund of registration fee, cancel registration in writing not later than Friday, January 8, 2010. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after January 8, 2010.
